The Challenge
BUSINESS GOALS
As My Verizon's agency of record, AKQA pitched a loyalty program to help them reduce churn. As T-Mobile started becoming more of a competitor we wanted to create a simple yet effective loyalty program. All users had to do was pay their bill and earn rewards.
USER GOALS
During competitive research we found loyalty programs to be confusing. We set out to create something simple. 1 credit = 1 reward, all you had to do was pay your wireless bill.
Choose & Claim
DESIGNS
Ability for users to find, choose and claim a reward to use.
Use
DESIGNS
After claiming a reward users can see a breakdown under the "Use" tab of claimed and used/expired rewards. We felt it was good to give a visual history of claimed rewards to show value. We also built in reminders for rewards that may be expiring.
Track
DESIGN
Users can also track their progress towards their next credit in addition to seeing how many credits they have and when they expire. A breakdown under the track tab is provided for them to easily see what is contributing to their credits.
